The Firs, Locks Heath

At The Firs we offer 19 rooms, located on two floors. The home has 15 single bedrooms and 3 shared bedrooms and all rooms have en-suite toilets.

In additions to individual en-suite facilities there are 2 single toilets and 2 bathrooms with toilets and baths that are accessed by hydraulic hoists. We also have a separate walk in shower room with hairdressing sink.

All communal areas are centrally heated, have fire detection and nurse call systems. There is a vertical lift providing access to all floors. There is a large garden area for residents to enjoy.

We have a large lounge area, and dining room. Each room has individual thermostatically controlled heating, smoke detection, nurse call system, TV aerial points and telephone points can be connected to offer a number of different levels of service.

All meals are home cooked using fresh local produce.

In addition we offer a monthly in-house church service, newspapers/magazine delivery (additional charge), visiting hairdresser (weekly - additional charge), chiropodist (6-8 weekly - additional charge). GP's from a variety of local surgeries regularly visit the home.
