We make no restriction on visiting and residents are able to have visitors, including children, whenever they wish.
Wherever possible we encourage residents to personalise their own rooms and this includes bringing your own furniture. The rooms are cleaned daily and deep cleaned monthly which necessitates staff being able to move all furniture.
We continue to care for residents even when deterioration occurs in their physical and/or mental health. We can fully manage terminal illness and are trained and experienced in end of life care. We do not ask people to leave if their health deteriorates. We do, of course, work closely with District Nursing and Primary Care Services.
